1. Who we are
These terms cover the poster generator and info library operated by The Vape Detector (thevapedetector.com). By creating posters or buying a download you agree to them.
2. Who may use the service
The service is intended for schools, colleges, districts and their staff. If you use it on behalf of a school, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for that school. You must be 18 or older to create an account.
3. Your licence to use the posters
When you unlock a poster — during the launch window or by paying for it — you get a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to print, display and share that poster for awareness and education inside your own school or district. You may print as many copies as you need.
4. What you may not do
You may not resell the posters or files, redistribute them as your own product, remove the "Powered by thevapedetector.com" credit, or use the artwork in commercial advertising for another organisation. Uploaded logos remain the property of your school; you confirm you have the right to use any logo or image you upload.
5. Payments
Prices are shown in US dollars before checkout and are charged as a single one-time payment per poster or per bundle. There are no subscriptions and nothing renews automatically. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
6. Launch window
During an announced launch window, posters can be claimed at no cost. Claimed posters stay in your account permanently, even after the window ends. We may change or end the launch window at any time.
7. Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. We may suspend accounts used to abuse, scrape or resell the service.
8. Availability and liability
The service is provided "as is". We work to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.
