Preview before you pay

Every poster in the info library can be previewed in full, with your own school branding applied, before any payment. The only difference after payment is that the watermark is removed from the download.

14-day refunds

If a poster you paid for does not work for your school, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund it in full. No form to fill in and no reason required. Because these are digital files, we may revoke access to the refunded poster.

Technical problems

If a download fails, a PDF is corrupted, or you were charged twice, contact us and we will fix it or refund you straight away — this is not limited to 14 days.

Launch-window claims

Posters claimed for free during a launch window involve no payment, so there is nothing to refund. They remain in your account permanently.

How to request a refund

Email info@thevapedetector.com from the address on your account and tell us which poster. Refunds are returned to the original card and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
