Preview before you pay

Every poster in the info library can be previewed in full, with your own school branding applied, before any payment. The only difference after payment is that the watermark is removed from the download.

All sales are final

Posters are digital files delivered instantly, so purchases cannot be refunded once completed. Please use the full preview — with your own school branding applied — to make sure a poster is right for your school before you pay.

Technical problems

If a download fails, a PDF is corrupted, or you were charged twice, email info@thevapedetector.com and we will fix it or refund you straight away.

Launch-window claims

Posters claimed for free during a launch window involve no payment, so there is nothing to refund. They remain in your account permanently.
